Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"Services" means the website, the learning programme organised as Levels 1 to 4, the Lab Console, GPU credits, hackathons, community, and related offerings. "Member" means a person holding an active membership. "Content" means all curriculum, recordings, code samples, and materials made available by Sparro.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 years or older (or have verifiable guardian consent) and able to form a binding contract. Your WhatsApp number is your login credential; you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Membership

• Lab membership is an annual subscription priced at ₹5,000/year. Early members may join at a launch price of ₹999 for the first year, available until 31 August 2026. The launch price applies to the first year only; renewals and sign-ups after that date are at the then-current annual price.
• Membership is waived for any subscription year in which you are enrolled in a Level.
• Membership is personal, non-transferable, and confers community access, insider AMAs, hackathon participation, Lab Console access, and eligibility for GPU credits.
• Renewal is annual; you may cancel before renewal to stop future charges.

4. Levels, cohorts and the skill test

• Enrollment is by whole Level. Sessions are delivered live in small cohorts; recordings are made available to enrolled members for the cohort duration.
• Everyone may enter Level 1. Entry to Levels 2 to 4 requires completing the previous Level or clearing the paid skill test for that Level (₹2,500, ₹3,000, or ₹5,000 by depth). The full skill-test fee is credited against your enrollment when you join.
• Skill tests are individual, timed assessments. Impersonation, collusion, or other malpractice voids the result without refund and may end membership.
• Seats are limited and confirmed on payment. We may reschedule a session with reasonable notice; if a cohort cannot run at all, you receive a full refund or a deferral of your choice.

5. GPU credits and fair use

Compute credits are provided for lab learning and experimentation, subject to availability and fair-use queues. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Using lab compute for crypto-mining, unlawful content, reselling, or any activity that endangers the platform will result in suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Your work

You own the apps, systems, and models you create in the lab. You grant Sparro a non-exclusive, revocable licence to showcase your project with attribution for promotional purposes; you may opt out of such showcasing at any time.

6.2 Our content

All curriculum, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of Sparro AI or its licensors, provided to you under a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for your own learning. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly post Content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to breach security, scraping data, disrupting sessions, harassing members, or infringing others' rights. Conduct within the community is further governed by our Code of Conduct.

8. Payments and taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; by paying you also accept their terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The lab provides education and hands-on practice. We do not guarantee any specific job, income, certification recognition, or outcome. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law; we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparro's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Code of Conduct. You may stop using the services at any time; certain provisions (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right to approach consumer forums, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution through the Grievance Officer.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the Lab Console and take effect on the stated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
